Long-Term Masters Programs
In interdisciplinary, international and digital master’s degree programs, students acquire knowledge and experience to solve a wide range of future problems. They are supervised by excellent, holistically thinking, transformational and future-oriented committed teachers from different countries and universities. Students can acquire international degrees (International Future and Transformation Studies) with different, self-chosen thematic focus. In addition to access to a broad spectrum of lectures, films and seminars, they work together in small international project groups and conduct in-depth, topic-oriented research, which is supervised by the university’s teaching staff. They meet once a year with all faculty/researchers at the university to share and reflect on solutions developed and network with others. In addition, regular smaller student/teacher meetings are held at a nice venue. Furthermore, students are given internships in various institutions to gain multi-perspective experience in thematically interesting professional fields (e.g. in politics, research, NGOs and relevant companies). Students learn to think in an interdisciplinary and interconnected way and to implement this in their later professional life.
The topics and research areas of INFUNI are divided into four basic modules:
- MODULE 1: COMMON GOOD – Economy, Common Good, Distributive Justice and Social Cohesion
- MODULE 2: CHANCE – Inclusion, Human Rights and Equal Opportunities in Education and Employment
- MODULE 3: PEACE – Democracy, International Relations, Migration and Interculturality, Violence Prevention and Peacebuilding
- MODULE 4: SUSTAINABILITY – Ecology, Climate, Technology, Sustainability
The 4 modules with 12 subject areas can be studied flexibly in different subject combinations to enable a broad program according to the students‘ interests.
In addition, all students are taught the basics of transformation research and change management, which also includes knowledge and experience in public, culture and educational work and constructive journalism.
Our Master Courses will begin in 2023.
